Conference Location and Date:

The conference will be held at Christ Fellowship Baptist Church in Mobile, Alabama. The conference will be September 23-24, 2013.


Who can attend?

The conference is primarily for men who are pastors, preachers, and teachers of the Word of God and their spouses. However, anyone is welcome to attend. At this time, we are not able to provide childcare during the conference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

(In the event that registration reaches full capacity prior to the conference date, walk-up registrations may not be accepted. It is encouraged that your register online or via phone beforehand to ensure your registration.)

(Please note the school you are attending full-time during registration)

Your registration fee covers all meals and materials.


Group Discounts:

For every 5 men who register, the 6^th man is free.

The group must pay with one form of payment and must give each persons; name, address, phone number, and email.

You may add to the list of the group at any time, but there are no refunds for group registrations below the five necessary for the group discount. If a member of the group is not able to attend, the conference badge can be taken to registration at the conference and transferred to another individual.

Cancellations:

Refund requests by July 31, 2013 will be honored in full, minus a $15 cancellation fee. Refund requests received from August 1-31, 2013, will receive a 50% refund. NO Refunds will be granted after September 1, 2013.


Registration Confirmation:

You will receive an email confirming your registration for the conference.


Meals:

During the time of the conference every meal will be provided for you by our own cooks and catering services. We guarantee you will enjoy the great southern cooking and a time of personable fellowship that is second to none.


Lodging:

If you desire to spend the night, you have two options available to you:

Host Homes

A limited number of Christ Fellowship families are providing housing for Expositors’ Conference attendees. To request a host home, please indicate so when you register and we will contact you with details.

Concierge:

There will be a staffed concierge station throughout the day to answer your questions and provide you with assistance.


Attire:

We recommend comfortable, business-casual attire during the conference. The weather should still be fairly warm so dress appropriately.
